See a two factor authentication for passwords

In this day in age of passwords getting compromised, could we have a multifactorial master password process to combat brute force or dictionary attacks.

Improvement Suggestion

I have two actually.. Add-on for the Tor browser as well Being able to generate One-Time-Passwords. At least compatible with Google's, but bonus points for any addtional methods
